Can you lock the Hypervolt charger?

Yes. Hypervolt chargers can be set to lock mode to avoid any unauthorised use. The LED will be orange to indicate that lock mode is enabled.

Do I need to update the software for my charger?

Unlike most chargers, Hypervolt will do automatic software updates – saving you the hassle of having to do them yourself.

Can I order a Hypervolt in 22kW?

No, the Hypervolt Home 2.0 is only available as a single-phase 7kW charge point.
